I called a couple of other places in town for a last minute perm, none of them had any availability but Donna was able to squeeze me in. The entire experience was amazing, she is very skilled at what she does and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I have anxiety and she eased it by making jokes, talking about the history of the building, our families. She was extremely cheerful, bright, and kind.
I had no idea what I was getting into with a perm, just that I’ve been growing my hair out for a while now with one in mind. She taught me how to take care of it and helped me get the right products. Donna was the first hair stylist to truly help me get a nice looking haircut for a receding hairline that isn’t a side part.
The interior of the salon/studio is very clean, open, and bright. I really liked the old timey hair dryer and her decor. The prices are a little more expensive than other places in town, but you can’t beat the quality. I already feel more confident about my hair, and I don’t want anyone else to touch it again if I can help it lol.

My boyfriend was in need of a haircut that was way over due. I called Donna’s hair studio like 20 mins before she was going to close.., on a Sunday, she closes @ 2:00pm…I told here that he works from Sun up to sun down and by the time he gets done work, everybody is closed. Donna offered to reopen her shop when he got done work, which was like 6:30pm. That was so nice of her to go out of her way. Thank you Donna. Donna is an amazing woman! She is SO sweet! So patient with kids and they loved her. While they waited she gave them toys to play with in the yard, chalk, and snacks!
